Molto buono! Per me il miglior prodotto per fare il ragù.

Good. it needs to be seasoned well. even leaving it soaking, I feel that it is not soft like other brands of fine soja. I like to add in the pasta sauce.

Granulare di soia buonissimo, adatto per sostituire il ragù nel sugo o in qualsiasi piatto che prevede quel tipo di sapore. Davvero consigliato
