Lupine

Use this stuff instead of minced meat, since it has a high protein content and a similar corn-size. That way have a close to unprocessed vegan alternative to it. It tastes a bit bitter though. But I still like the taste. Other positive points: -All the other brands sell the same product more expensive -Made from Lupins from the European Union -Only packaged in a plastic bag (as opposed to products that have an unnecessary cardboard box around it -can be kept for very long without cooling (around a year) #lesgidit
