
Use this stuff instead of minced meat, since it has a high protein content and a similar corn-size. That way have a close to unprocessed vegan alternative to it. It tastes a bit bitter though. But I still like the taste.
Other positive points:
-All the other brands sell the same product more expensive
-Made from Lupins from the European Union
-Only packaged in a plastic bag (as opposed to products that have an unnecessary cardboard box around it
-can be kept for very long without cooling (around a year)

Where did you buy it? As of taste, do you think is better than soya granules?

I use to buy it at the Alnatura-Store in Solothurn. I've never tried soya granules. But I think soya granules taste better as they're less bitter.

I like soya granulated for the Bolognese sauce, but it let always that sweetish aftertaste that bothers me a bit, thus it might be that slightly bitter taste of lupins, is the righe balance for my mouth😜TY
