All Y’alls Foods was born from my love of cows. My name is Brett Christoffel, and I am the Founder/CEO of All Y’alls Foods. After spending over 40 years consuming them, it hit me that I love all animals as much as I love a dog or cat, so I stopped. Before making that connection, I had always compartmentalized animals with ones we love here and ones we kill and eat over here. As a native Texan, I take pride in my state and then learned that one of our most substantial contributions to the world is beef. I decided to support changing that by launching our first product: It’s Jerky Y’all, in May of 2018. We make our snacks from whole non-GMO soybeans and not its isolates. We also use some of the finest ingredients available to make plant-based, vegan beef jerky & plant-based bacon. It’s Jerky Y’all is available in a traditional Black Pepper & Sea Salt, and for that hint of ginger and sweetness, we have Prickly Pear Teriyaki. And for those who enjoy a bit of heat with their sweet, we have our popular Prickly Pear Chipotle. All with the bold flavors and chew to satisfy that jerky hankering. Our It’s Big Crunchy Bacony Bits Y’all deliver on the bacony flavor folks crave along with their oversized crunch make everything baconier! From straight out of the bag to BLT’s, breakfast, lunch, or dinner, they pair well on top of or in most every dish. All Y’alls Foods exists to be the change through kinder snacking.
