Red Pepper and Butternut Sausages

My favourite ‘sausage’. Really flavoursome. Enjoyed in a variety of dishes although the best was

obviously a sausage sandwich! Skin is a bit tough but easy to peel!

These are a good vegan alternative to #sausages available at Aldi. They use a combination

of flavours I haven’t seen before.

Only issues I have is the “tubing” - depending on how you cook it - it can have a slight plasticity texture.

Nice taste over all, really like the flavour combo of the red pepper & butternut

squash! These are great for 49 calories per sausage and quite filling too. I like how these are impersonating meat too much and have their own thing!
