oh wow what a interesting kind of sausage!! 

Red Pepper and Butternut Sausages

My favourite ‘sausage’. Really flavoursome. Enjoyed in a variety of dishes although the best was obviously a sausage sandwich! Skin is a bit tough but easy to peel!
