We had friends visit, and they are not vegans. I knew they loved "kebab," so I decided to buy this Gyros from Alberts and add it to the Turkish tortilla, together with different veggies and homemade sauce. Delicious lupine gyros! It is a bit pricey, but there was a 50 % discount, so I tried it and it was really good. I also like that they try to reduce plastic in their packaging.
Ganz gut, aber nicht unglaublich. Hätte mir mehr erwartet. Pretty solid, but not as incredible as it could have been.

Preparato in stile Gyros a base di lupini, il cui gusto delicato si combina bene con le spezie. La preparazione è rapida: io ho soffritto mezza cipolla rossa in olio extra vergine di oliva e poi ho fatto saltare il Gyros (è già in pezzetti, basta separarli con un cucchiaio di legno mentre sono in padella), ma si può semplicemente scaldare senza altre aggiunte. In cinque minuti, il piatto era pronto in tavola. Una confezione basta per due persone. Apprezzo che tra gli ingredienti non ci sia olio di palma. #rifugiomiletta
