Vemondo - Agar Agar Gelificante alimentare… fin troppo valido 😅 Sulla confezione si consiglia di utilizzare una bustina ogni 50-100ml di liquido, ma per esperienza personale (ho utilizzato 2 bustine per 500ml di liquidi) consiglio di ridurre il rapporto a 1 bustina ogni… 300ml di liquidi per ottenere, per esempio, la consistenza di un budino/panna cotta non troppo compatti. Vemondo - Agar Agar Way too valid food gelling agent 😅 On the package it’s recommended to use 1 bag every 50-100ml of liquid, however according to my experience (I used 2 bags for 500ml of liquids) I would recommend reducing such ratio to 1 bag every… 300ml of liquids perhaps, to achieve the consistency of a pudding/panna cotta, not too dense.
