this #vegancheese was great broken up over veggies and also melted on focaccia. it melts very well and tastes better melted. the slices are stiff - maybe from whatever makes them meltable. seems a little #deathbyplastic for the space the cheese occupies. would be great for pizza. #ditchdairy anyone recognize the berries in the last foto? i have asked a few people and no one knows. the shrub has a yellow flower.

Le ho usate per fare una parmigiana di melanzane e devo dire che non sono male e si sciolgono bene. Mangiate da sole però non mi sono piaciute, si sente troppo il retrogusto di cocco. #veganmozzarella #veganparmigiana
I wasn’t too keen on this. I still think vegan cheese has a long way to go and this wasn’t particularly great. It was edible and okay but I wouldn’t go out of my way to have it again.
Was afraid it wouldn’t melt but pretty ok melted in the toaster oven. Taste may be rather strong for me. Prefer the cheddar one but it’s sold out so picked this up. 🌱
