Really enjoyed this, did serve with mint sauce which really complimented it! Very tasty, would make an excellent Xmas day dinner #veganisnotscary

This was my Xmas main and it was pretty tasty! Softer than I expected and I think it could be pretty dry if there wasn't cranberry sauce (and gravy).
These were ok... I was impressed that there was a nut roast just from pistachio as I am intolerant to most others, however it didn’t really taste of a nut roast. I did like the flavours and it wasn’t unpleasant, but it did just taste like vegetables mashed together and was quite soft. Couldn’t really taste the pistachio. The cranberry sauce was quite nice as it was not too sweet or bitter. Not the worst thing ever and wasn’t expensive but I wouldn’t bother again. #veganin2020
