This was planted 6 weeks ago. Stable plant.
I usually eat raw with dressing or sometimes I stirred fried with garlic.

piggy-egg At the window should be good enough. With some sunlight the underneath will be very purple else will be green and a bit purplish.

vikas I received this and the plant is wonderful. Really shows a lot of effort from @piggy-egg in the way the soil is mixed and potted. I hope I can keep it alive!1 likeReply
piggy-egg You can start eating the lower leaves when it is hard 😅 then will be crispy. If stirred fried just awhile coz it will have sticky sap like okra 😅Reply
