Delicious, nutritious salad for lunch. It has yummy toasted chickpeas, carrots, cashew park and hazelnuts on top with cashew Caesar.

I love the build-your-own sushi option as Fusian! I always get a seaweed roll with white rice, tofu, veggies and topped with chive and sesame seeds. Vegan Sauces and dressings are clearly marked. A great lunch option!
