It was great just being able to get vegan pizza by the slice at Whole Foods. Growing up in NYC it was such a normal thing to go into a pizzaria and order a sliceâŠthe default was cheese. Having been vegan for many years now it was great to see Whole Foods offering vegan pizza, but perhaps itâs more consistent in other markets. This little exchange gave me an ideaâŠIâm going to make a point of asking about vegan pizza every time Iâm in thereâŠmaybe theyâll take the hint. ðð±1 likeReply

tamiapple Your life in the Bronx sounds incredible. Why did you leave? (Other than a visit to the NY Botanical Garden, the furthest uptown Iâve been is various neighborhoods in Harlem.) Iâll have to carve out time to visit the Bronx the next time Iâm in nyc, thanks for the inspiration! And yes! WF has cut several vegan products from their offerings here, so if that continues, Iâll find someplace else to shop (though generally, I only go to WF for certain vegan products & buy the bulk of produce elsewhere.
