Excellent, I use in recipes using Greek yoghurt or in place of sour cream (just add 1 tbs freshly squeezed lemon juice to a cup of yoghurt, and can add some sweet or sriracha chilli sauce for a sweet or spicy kick).
Nice consistency and tastes really good, a lot better than most of the falafel I've tried.
