Made a wrap with Fry's Butternut Balls, with some diced red cabbage, red onion, mielies, and carrots with some mayo.

I made a coconut gochujang curry with basil, garlic and lemon grass. Included some cauliflower, carrots, long-stem brocoli and mushrooms, topped with some mint from the garden.

Cauliflower fried with nutritional yeast, paprika, and garlic and parsley salt with rocket, red cabbage, baby tomatoes, red onion, with some mayo and homemade habanero sauce on a wrap.

Beyond meat burger patty with lettuce, red onion, gerkins, vegan cheese on a sesame seed bun with some deep fried potato chips.

I made my own sweet and sour sauce using tomato sauce, apple cider vinegar, and brown sugar.

These Food Lover's tomatoes added some colour to these yummy, yummy noodles this evening!
