Sharing with my grandma. Its been at least 4 to 5 years since she recognized and sometimes it's hard for me to visit. That day was a good day.
It says for vegetarians but I found no ingredient that would be an issue for vegans. I have not tried it yet but I'm super excited to try it tonight for dinner.
I was told it was fluffier than another similar cookie bar they have and it's really good. It's a cross between cake and cookie! I did find it's really rich so I'm sharing since I really don't think I could eat it all by myself.
