Also very nice pho. Broth was slightly sweeter than the crab one but still tasty. The seitan beef was very tender but had the gluten taste, still acceptable. Generous amount of the thinly sliced mock beef, bean skin curls, fresh veggies and bean sprouts. Not really spicy and like @xinru-t said, not as greasy as Kind Bowl's pho. If you don't take alliums, let her know in advance.
