Fusion twist on #sglocal #halalcertified #ALTN meat-free steamed gyoza! The gyoza dumplings themselves were quite 'meaty' with a large chunk of soy protein, interspersed with a small amount of chopped vegetables such as white cabbage. Meat-free dumplings are aplenty, but what made this stand out was that the dumplings were drenched in a delicious housemade truffle mushroom broth made using oats. Nice side worth trying!
