Large bowl of housemade curry soup made with organic soy milk and extra virgin coconut oil. Definitely tasted lighter and cleaner than the usual coconut milk curry, but still nicely spiced! Served with organic sun-dried noodles, taupok fried tofu puffs, long beans, cabbage, eggplant, and potatoes (which seemed extra tasty, perhaps the potatoes were pre-fried/roasted?)
