The Tofu Furikake Salad cost $16. There were mesclun greens, tomato, zucchini, and alfalfa sprouts, drizzled with tangy plum sesame dressing. This savoury and protein-packed salad came with grilled mushrooms, edamame beans, as well as pan-seared tofu coated with seaweed and sesame seeds. Wasn't very filling though, perhaps due to the lack of grains or starchy vegetables.
