[ Edited ] So sorry I got the wrong restaurant, it's actually Pure Heart Vegetarian @ Puchong. Tasted good overall, and it's a bit filling The two strands of veg however, were always too dry and unappetising to me (quite understandable since it's probably just for garnishing)

[ Edited ] So sorry I got the wrong restaurant, it's actually Pure Heart Vegetarian @ Puchong. Cedar, 香椿 [noun.] Any conifer that typically yields fragrant, durable timber. Therefore cedar fried rice is a common Chinese vegetarian (which also happens to be vegan) dish in Southeast Asian countries like Malaysia, Singapore etc. It's exceptionally fragrant and delicious, just give it a try 😄

A classic Chinese dish that's always been loved by many (fact) This time around however, the fried oyster mushrooms were as hard as rock - diminishing my appetite at once (I wonder what went wrong.. This dish is usually quite good and consistent in quality 😀
