Sweet & Sour Mushroom Rice

[ Edited ] So sorry I got the wrong restaurant, it's actually Pure Heart Vegetarian @ Puchong. A classic Chinese dish that's always been loved by many (fact) This time around however, the fried oyster mushrooms were as hard as rock - diminishing my appetite at once (I wonder what went wrong.. This dish is usually quite good and consistent in quality 😀
