I have enjoyed the delicious local whole-grain breads baked daily by this place on many occasions and finally tried their tasty vegan sandwich option. Made with thoughtfully chosen ingredients that complemented each other well, it was full of flavor and nourishing. It consisted of roasted delicata squash, lively microgreens, deeply flavorful garlicky lentil spread, pickled red onions, and balsamic vinegar on rosemary focaccia that was wonderfully chewy with crispy edges. Served with a side of farmers market greens in a fresh and creamy lemon poppyseed vinaigrette.
