This tasty, hearty, nourishing, and generously sized muffin was made with four kinds of flour including buckwheat and spelt, topped with poppy seeds, and filled with pumpkin seeds, sunflower seeds, flax seeds, apple sauce, and blueberries. It was moist and tender with some crunch from the seeds. #veganmuffin #veganoption #veganoptions
