Finally, I can eat ramen noodles guilt free! This ramen is made with organic millet and brown rice. With 8g of protein and 11% fiber per serving, it's much better than the processed stuff. Just two ingredients, no additives. My only bone to pick is the packaging - the 12 portions are all together in the bag and there is no way to reseal the packaging once opened. I was really excited to see this at Costco for the first time last month, and I hope they continue to keep stocking this. I made a green curry ramen noodle soup with this and it turned out great.


This makes a fine quick dinner especially if you dress it up a little with some veggies ! I was on a family trip over the weekend and feeling those #lonelyvegan vibes as the only vegan . My family went to a Mexican restaurant that was super non vegan friendly 🥺 even the guacamole was labeled only vegetarian and not vegan. It reminded me how frustrating that can be when going out, I had forgotten because usually I am going to vegan restaurants only or in much more vegan friendly places ! So I just sat and ate free chips and salsa 😂 while everyone ate animals 😭 and came back to the house to prepare this for my dinner. I added broccoli, tahini, red pepper, nori, black pepper, and fresh lemon. It was tasty and felt healthy 😌 so everyone is happy in the end #veganramen #ricenoodles #noodlesoup
