More expensive than other dehydrated soy products you find at grocery stories but the taste is much better in my opinion though. I have not been by the store to buy these recently, so I was happy to find this larger 200g size bag. I made a saucy stir fry dish with the soy curls and veggies on brown rice the same night! This bag should last me a while. 

Only downside is that there is no nutritional info on their packaging as this is bought straight from their manufacturing facility. Happy to support a local business nonetheless.

Really delicous mini cookies. Not what I was expecting when I read the double Chocolate flavour - it was more like a slightly fudgey chocolate sugar cookie? No chocolate chips. They are not crunchy either as the packaging described, but i prefer my cookies a little soft anyway!  Only downside is that most of the cookies were broken or crumbled. Maybe like 3 were intact in the entire bag.

Double Chocolate Cookie Bites

I was super excited to find an extensive plant-based menu at this beach front restaurant. I had some hesitations about authenticity and flavour ordering a Korean inspired taco ....but I couldn't stop myself because it sounded good and I ordered it anyway. Portions were large and filling but the flavour was super super bland, and moreover, my beef in my tacos came out cold... I couldnt even taste the Sriracha in the Sriracha slaw and the beef itself tasted like it had no seasoning at all. The salsa was pretty terrible too, but the chips were good.

I would still come back again to try a more classic meal like the crispy chicken sandwich or buffalo chicken wraps, in the hopes that you can't mess up the flavour on something like that. The menu also says there is a dedicated fryer for their vegan dishes and they also have a gluten free menu, so they are very inclusive.

Just checked out their menu! Looks so good and extensive! However, holy prices! Like soooo expensive!

These fruity green mushies are thin discs the size of a Canadian dime. It is made with organic fruit and veggies and tastes like dehydrated fruits. My daughter loves them but I only give her a few a day since they are quite sweet despite no added sugar. We like most of the baby snacks by this brand.

I have not eaten an impossible burger in a few years, and I must admit, this really hit the spot. My husband is vegetarian for a few weeks for a religous fast and he really wanted to have this for our BBQ dinner. The taste is quite "meaty" and it is a great amount of protein and nutrients. Heavily processed, which I try to avoid, but not bad for a rare treat. The heavy plastic packaging around the burgers is crazy to me though.

This donut was unreal!!!! The carrot cake crumble topping was flavourful and spiced nicely. The cheesecake filling was the star!! It tasted so much like the cream cheese frosting you find paired with carrot cake. That was the best vegan cheesecake filling or cream cheese frosting I have ever had!!! My husband doesn't like carrot cake or vegan baked goods but he also thought this was delicous!

This donut was delicous! It was big so my husband and I split it to share. It has a nutty sprinkle on top of the chocolate glaze and the ganache filling was divine!!

These were delicous! Gardein products never disappoint. 3 balls is 18g of protein which is crazy! 6g protein per meatball?!? We used this to make plain ol' spaghetti and meatballs ..with some chilli flakes and veggies of course! Quick and satisfying meal.

This pasta sauce was okay. It was a good spice level but I found it just slightly too acidic for my liking - there are other store bought arrabiata sauces that I like better. This might be a new product as this this is the first review and I have know this brand to only make glazes. I probably won't buy again.
