Tibetan Vegan Hot Pot

It’s an amazing experience! All dishes are vegan and the ingredients are so fresh! I love the mushrooms and all kinds of green vegetables 😊

That’s my incredible colleague @siqi and I marveling at this bounty of veggie goodness at the Tibetan Tea House in Beijing! We came here for a late lunch and were blown away with all the wonderful fresh veggies and the incredible choice of hot pots. We each got our own hot pots, Siqi got a plain base and I got a spicy one. They were served with the most delicious peanut sauce which we dipped all of our veggies in after they emerged drenched in our hot pot soup. Absolutely wonderful!!! The photo shows all the fresh veggies and besides this there were so many more to order from the menu. Would love to go back again! #beijing #china #hotpot #veganhotpot
