N1 Set King Oyster Mushroom Katsu Japanese Curry Rice, Salad, Miso Soup and a Warm/Iced Lemon Tea

This set comes with a lemon tea (iced/cold), miso soup and a salad (sesame savoury dressing). The sauce has a mild curry flavor. The outer layer of the muhroom katsu is crispy but it doesn't adhere well to the mushroom. Perhaps they would want to consider jackfruit instead.

Day4: Dear Vegans & Supporters, I was a bit disappointed with this dish. The mushroom katsu tasted like fried flour dough and it was nothing special at all. But at least the staff were friendly and the cafe was really cosy, plus points for that! Sincerely, Alettertovegans

A generous portion, interesting combination of ingredients in a dish!

Generally a nice set to take, if you have difficulty choosing among the 20 or so pages of items. The rice is quite authentic to the Japanese consistency, though lacking a bit of aroma. Oyster Mushroom Katsu very good - crispy on the out, chewy and juicy om the inside. A pity is the curry, it was a bit too starchy for me and the condiments around the curry probably needs to be thought out more to better compliment the curry spice flavors. Miso soup flavorful! Salad crunchy~
