Tom yum soup

The Tom yum soup comes with an assortment of vegetables like brinjal, tomato, long bean and also tofu. This was a bit on the bland side for me, I feel that the dish could do with more flavours. However if you are looking for something healthier and more light tasting this may suit you

Delicious Tom Yum with a generous amount of veggies.

Sorry for the terrible photo but I was just about done when I realised I forgot to take a photo 😕. This was not a very flavourful dish, the taste of the soup was mostly spicy. Aside from that, the veggies were cooked really well and portion is quite big!
