Coal-Roasted Tofu

When I tell you that the first bite literally took my breath away... the texture of the tofu crispy on the outside and nicely tender inside. Ahhhhh Amazing. The Enoki mushrooms blend well with the taste. #Toecurling.

Great array of flavours coming through here. Quite an original dish too! Definitely recommend.
