The sunny side up is an interesting side dish as it’s commonly paired with local dishes like rendang. I can’t remember what egg tastes like but this sunny side up has a convincing texture.

This plant egg did not disappoint! The yolk was top-notch and a close imitation to the real thing, from the texture to the taste - think black salt did the trick. Weirdly though the egg white tasted like yong tau foo fishcake. Still pretty good overall! #veganegg #plantegg #sgvegan
