Mexican Hummus Pizza

My favourite pizza at NomvNom - the hummus is so creamy and the artichokes are nice. Sundried tomatoes and rocket with olives - can’t go wrong with that. Always a crowd pleaser.

You wouldn't miss the cheese at all cause it has all these amazing veggies! I just wish vegan pizzas were a little bit more filling though

The pizza itself is an original idea with good flavours but wasn't personally something I would have again purely based on the texture. Something crunchy or crispy sprinkled on the pizza would add a great opposite texture to the cashew cream.

A very plain dish which is probably the point of hummus- smooth yet bland. The toppings were fresh but the pizza overall was dry and felt lacking in soya cheese. This had to be had with a dip like mayonnaise or ketchup
