This was one of the best vegan dishes I have ever had out! The polenta was full of flavour and the fennel sausage accompanied it perfectly. The restaurant itself was also a lovely setting. Would highly recommend
This is going to sound weird coming from me, but my favourite part was the creamed #cabbage 😅 Just moist enough and just retaining enough crunch/texture, it was the perfect accompaniment to the #vegansausage. The #fennel was one of the more dominant herbs/spices used in the #polenta #mash thing. Overall the effect is a bit like a pub dinner in February - hearty, warm, and comforting 🙂
This main was delicious. I don't like fennel, but it doesn't taste fennel at all. The polenta was very good and creamy and the cabbage was crispy and delicious. Definitely would have this again.
