Salted 'Fish' Fried Rice

The chunks of mock fish do an amazing job of adding an added flavour dimension to the dish, will definitely come back for more!

Yummm.... The flavours in this are delicious and the random bits of salted fish really make it a home run! This was one of my fave fried rice dishes from before I turned vegan and this dish from Lin Lin is perfection 👌

We keep meaning to order something other than the hor fun here but we never do because it's so damn good. Glad we finally got the salted 'fish' fried rice as a takeaway 😂 Because this was delicious! Love the chunks of mock salted fish, and the rice is really tasty. Didn't even feel too oily, which is a bit miraculous since we heated this up for dinner! So good! #veganuary
