Oaxacan Native Tomato Dish

A selection of many different tomatoes and tomatillos on a beet vinaigrette. The flavours were amazing, but there weren’t too many vegan dishes on the menu so I ordered it for my meal and left a bit hungry still. I can see that it’s meant to be a salad to share, but for its price I hoped it would be enough for a meal.
