Pancakes with Coconut Ice Cream

These are solid pancakes, but I find the ice cream sauce they come with to be almost painfully sweet. Also it’s a ton of sugar overall, but man are they pretty 🤩 #veganisnotscary

That was one of the best fluffy (gluten) pancakes I had in a long time and the melting coconut icecream on top and pink sweet strawberry sauce was just next level

Comes with coconut ice cream on top, and coconut yogurt sauce on the side. Pancakes are well cooked and had nice balance of fluffy and chewy texture. Everything went well together.

Really good, pretty sweet tho! I loved the ice cream!
