Housemade kimchi pancakes served with soy-vinegar sauce. Appetisingly spicy and tangy without being overwhelmingly so. 🌶️🥬 More importantly, these kimchi pancakes were perfectly crispy on the outside and chewy on the inside - much better in texture than other vegan kimchi jeon I've eaten in Singapore!! 🫰 On the oilier side, but then again #sweetdreamsaremadeofgrease. 😉 This was another dish that my non-veg family really liked; would recommend ordering this quintessential Korean side to share~ (Allium-free, $10.50) #sgvegan #koreanfood #alliumfree #wholefoodplantbased #wfpb
