These were so cute! I love how these little dumplings look like little baggies. The tofu skin used in this dish is super thin. I was expecting something like the tofu used in inari, but this was really cool too. Inside the thin tofu skin is kale, tofu, edamame, and other vegetables. I love the green veggie tying it together; I would assume it's sesame leaf. These weren't bursting with flavor, but they were still nice. I like the bright green spinach sauce that was served with it. Bite sized dumplings wrapped in rice paper with dipping sauce. Not a huge amount of food but good for an appetizer and I love that they’re gluten free!
