
Crispy ‘pork belly’ buns with pepper sauce Three little brioche buns perfectly fried all over, sandwiching a slice of cucumber and ‘pork belly’ on a little bed of shredded lettuce. The pork belly slices were so tasty and even had ‘fatty’ parts and all, and the bread was crispy on the outside and soft and fluffy on the inside. These could win over any meat-eater.

So delicious! The meat had texture of braised pork belly, buns golden fried to perfection, finished with pepper sauce, great dish!
Wow! Never thought about crispy 'pork' belly but amazing take on bao buns modernised. Buns are like a flaky brioche bun. Filling is tasty but wouldn't mind some more sauce. #veganisnotscary #vegansydney
