Vanilla Ice Cream with raw cookie dough crumble and Amarena cherries

This is by far, my favorite dessert here. I know it's fairly simple, but the cookie dough crumbles are the best. Also, the little bit of the cherry sauce is so yummy, but super flavorful. If you don't like an intensely flavored dark cherry, I would just put them aside as they usually only give you a few.
