Fried Rice Sambal Petai Nasi Goreng W Satay

The fried rice has nice wok hey to it and the satay sauce was nice. I didn’t realise until paying at the counter that there were chillies available.

Interesting dish fried rice was cook well maybe just lack the spiciness a little. The satay made of mushroom was perfect along with the peanut satay sauce.

Oh wow this is so so good. Well firstly, u got to like the stinky beans to like this dish. They use those tri-mix healthy combo of rice,very generous with their petai. Has that wok hey taste as well and i like that. Not spicy enough for me but i just asked for more chilli. But the lion mane satay,whoahhhh, so good. Their satay sauce is a killer, very on point. Perfect balance of sweet n all the other flavours. Quite close to the Indonesian style of satay sauce. I asked n they said that their sauce is home-made from scratch. Im very impressed by it. Next time im there im definitely goin to order their satay ala carte.

I love it when fried rice doesn't cook carrots which make it seem like their shortchanging us on the rice. This is flavourful and perfect
