Eggplant Calzone

Delicious, creamy and cheese. Marinara is good. Big size, good for two people to share. Highly recommend!

First of all, I enjoyed looking at that gorgeous cornucopia of pizza dough stuffed with eggplant and soft creamy cheese. Even better as leftovers! The other dish is the truffle and kale pizza, also excellent.
