Eggplant Calzone at Double Zero — Susan's Review (Aug 27, 2021)

First of all, I enjoyed looking at that gorgeous cornucopia of pizza dough stuffed with eggplant and soft creamy cheese. Even better as leftovers! The other dish is the truffle and kale pizza, also excellent.
