Vegetarian Chicken Rice

The chicken rice was decently fragrant, however, I find the rice to be a little bit dry towards the end. As for the "chicken", even though the meat didn't taste like chicken, the texture did share a great resemblance.

Yum! The rice was fragrant, flavourful and tasted much like the non-vegan chicken rice! The “chicken” didn’t really taste like the actual thing but is still really tasty on its own! Will definitely have this again!

Finally tried Daily Green’s #chickenrice! Love the fragrant rice and chilli but was a tad disappointed by the small serving 😭😭 Pretty impressed by the extensive menu though and loveeeee seeing brands like #omnipork available at food courts and hawker centres. This dish didn’t disappoint. The rice was flavorful with a slightly strong tinge of ginger. The mock roasted chicken wasn’t dry and I like that it came with some veggies and slices mock char Siew. Good value for money. #chickenrice #comfortfood #hainanesechickenrice #asianfood #abillionturns3
