is so warming and comforting and there are a really cool variety of mushrooms in this soup!
This looks indistinct and half-hearted, but omg it was amazing 😋 I'm not always a
big #soup person but this one ticked all the right boxes 🙂 The #enoki mushroom was a nice topping but the sliced #shiitake inside was heavenly. The #chilli made the broth all #spicy and delicious, I just loved this 😋
