Chili Mushroom Soup at Beyond Sushi (W 37th Street) — Steven Neoh's Review (Sep 24, 2022)

This looks indistinct and half-hearted, but omg it was amazing 😋 I'm not always a big #soup person but this one ticked all the right boxes 🙂 The #enoki mushroom was a nice topping but the sliced #shiitake inside was heavenly. The #chilli made the broth all #spicy and delicious, I just loved this 😋
