The power bowl at Aroha's is so delicious. You can choose a small plate which consists of two options or a regular plate which consists of three options includes rice. Aroha’s power bowls are possibly my favourite meal available in Wellington. It’s a buffet salad bowl with rice, two or three hot dishes and three or four salads depending on the size you choose. Delicious and subtle flavours, tonnes of phytonutrients, and great value for money 😍

Bowl of goodness, where you can choose your own base and sides, just like at Subway (if you know it). I got brown rice as the base, some tofu stir fry and sweet n sour meat, plus some edamame beans, red cabbage and capsicum. Had some hummus sauce and chili sauce on top. Very delicious and worth the price!
