Not a massive fan of these - alone, these definitely lack savoury flavour and instead are mostly just one-dimensionally 'kinda salty'. I like the idea of tofu sausages though. These do also work as a healthier sausage. #tofu more
These have an awesome texture!! Chewy and holds up well in stirfrys and also soups. Also known as glass noodles, because they are transparent when cooked. Made from sweet potato starch and water, and neutral in taste. #noodles more

Oh dear. I've previously tried and reasonably enjoyed the noodle version of these, but my tastebuds have since backflipped. Definitely needs a long/er cooking time to minimise the limp rubberiness of these noodles. Neutral more
