Better Than Ricotta Cheese

I was hoping it would taste better honestly! It doesn’t taste very good on its own. I looked up a vegan ricotta recipe and flavored it using the recipe... it was WORLDS better after that! I’m adding it to a baked ziti recipe, and the texture is working out nicely.
