I tried today this medaglioni because I didn’t have much time to prepare something. The taste was not really satisfying, I imagined a little bit more taste of mushroom. But they were anyway ok to eat!
I bought this product to try a new substitute of ham, and I must say I loved the taste of it and also the texture. I like it and I will surely buy it again
Very good idea to have a mix of type for the raclette. Loved everyone apart the pepper (but this is only a personal opinion).
